We ensure all requirements are immediately qualified with our clients and their needs are fully understood before they are passed to our specialist resourcing teams. At TS International our standard service levels are to provide a CV response to our clients within 24 hours wherever possible.

TS International use the market-leading recruitment database “BOND Adapt” which allows our consultants to closely monitor and update the availability, qualifications, specialist skills and references of each of our candidates. This ensures the information we hold on our candidates is as up-to-date and accurate as possible, allowing us to provide both a quicker and more accurate response to our clients and a more relevant selection of opportunities to our candidates.

All clients are appointed a dedicated Account Manager, to ensure you have one point of contact throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle, 24/7. Our Senior Account Manager would work internally with his resourcing team to provide relevant candidates within a short time period. The account manager will always conduct a face-to-face (where possible) or in-depth telephone interview prior to submitting a candidate’s CV.  Our admin team will hold all the supporting documents of any registered candidate that may be required i.e. Passport copy, Educational Certificates etc.

We will manage the interview process from start to finish or as required by the client. This can include providing conference call and video conferencing facilities; travel/accommodation arrangements for candidates or clients; providing interview premises in over 90 countries; hosting recruitment open-days for clients to meet with potential new recruits and also pre-screening / technically testing candidates at our own offices prior to interview with the hiring managers.

Once a candidate is hired, TS International will manage the offer process from start to finish. This will include the issuing of contracts to all parties, visa applications, payroll set up / payment and invoice processing and full mobilisation support. Once on site, our candidates will receive regular contact from their assigned consultant to ensure they have no issues and are enjoying their assignment. Clients will receive courtesy calls at agreed intervals to ensure the continued good performance of all TS International placed resources.
